Returns & Refunds policy
NOTE: THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS (20% OF THE ITEM COST)
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items
Shoes that have been worn
Earrings, bathing suits, masks of any kind, and under garments are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Items that have been used
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Please contact us by email with the following information:
Name, order number, item description that you would like to return, reason for return. You will then receive the return instructions.
You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tax (if applicable) is non-refundable.
There is a 20% RESTOCK FEE
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the return. Refunds issued will be MINUS the original shipping cost.
Returned Packages with Wrong Address/Denied Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will process a refund for you once the order is received back to us. To prevent similar issues, we do not resend forwarded packages. Please place a new order with the correct address when you are ready. Note: We will deduct a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost from your refund.
